Rebecca Katz, MS

A nationally-recognized culinary translator and expert on the role of food in supporting optimal health, Rebecca has a Masters of Science degree in Health and Nutrition Education, and received her culinary training from New York’s Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. In her "spare time," Rebecca writes cookbooks that combine flavor and nutrition, including The Cancer Fighting Kitchen, The Longevity Kitchen and The Healthy Mind Cookbook. A graduate of Santa Clara Law School, Paul Remer is an entrepreneurial executive with more than 25 years’ experience in operations, management, and business development. He has founded and grown several software companies and served in various executive capacities. Paul's focus is on creating companies that solve real-world problems. Paul and his wife, Vicki, live in San Rafael, California where they love to cook dinner for family and friends. Jen Yasis, M.ed

Jen Yasis made a career change from market research to natural chef 4 years ago. She's called the Jen-eral, because she combines all of her experience (education, marketing, project management) and passions (tinkering with online tools, graphic design, drawing...) into her work.
