Books & Booklets

our ebooks and print books are enjoyed by thousands of cancer patients, survivors and others who are interested in cooking healthy, simple, immune-boosting meals

We created a series of Culinary Rx Kits, working in collaboration with leading cancer centers, including UCSF, Stanford, Johns Hopkins and Novant Health. The Rx Kits are distributed to patients by dietitians and other nutrition professionals at these and other institutions. In addition, special editions of the Rx Kits are provided to new patients by many large pharmaceutical companies, including Genentech, AstraZeneca, Astellas and Clovis.

In October 2020, we were pleased to debut our newest book - The Power of Yum: Simple, Healthy, Fresh & Flavorful. The Power of Yum is perfect for home cooks of all skill levels who want to up their culinary game while sticking with healthy, immune-boosting ingredients and recipes. This book is available for purchase by individual customers in either eBook or Print Version on the Healing Kitchens Shopify Store.

Courses

Our online courses bring to life Rebecca's Cancer Fighting Kitchen and Clean Soups cookbooks

We created the online Cancer Fighting Kitchen Course because we believe that empowering cancer patients with the tools and knowledge to nourish themselves will help them achieve their goals for recovery and thriving. The course is easy-to-use and is packed with videos, printable handouts, meal plans and other resources. In addition to offering the course directly to end users, we make it available to leading cancer hospitals and clinics so that they can offer it to their patients. The course is currently provided to patients by Johns Hopkins, UCSF Cancer Center, Stanford Hospital and Novant Health.

Our latest online course, The Clean Soups Course, contains videos, recipes and more - all designed to help users become Soup Masters in their own kitchens. The course is offered directly to end users.

Watch as Rebecca talks about the inspiration behind our new Cancer-Fighting Kitchen Course.

And Donald Abrams, MD talks about the science behind the yum.
